The Ratnagiri Alphonso, globally revered as the “King of Mangoes,” is defined by its creamy, fiberless texture and iconic saffron-hued pulp. Grown in the nutrient-dense volcanic soil of the Konkan coast, our mangoes are handpicked and naturally ripened to ensure an exquisite aroma and a balanced sweetness (Brix 18-22). We employ state-of-the-art post-harvest technologies, including Vapour Heat Treatment (VHT) and Irradiation, to comply with the stringent phytosanitary regulations of the USA, Japan, and European markets.
